DIGITAL ASSESSMENTS

This is a seamless system which enables the user to fairly assess with transparency and accuracy. We use and have expertise on multiple quoting systems including Audatex, GT Motive, TMS, Smart quote and repairer systems.

Audatex is mainly used to:

Functions on much smaller claims e.g. scratches and dents and 1⁄2 panel repairs. This tool enables the insured to upload all required information at ease of comfort by using a drivers link that is integrated with the mainframe.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENTS

We send our trusted and efficient assessors for claims that require physical assessments, to do inspections with top technology such as Audatex or GT Motive. We have branches in KZN, JHB, PTA and Bloemfontein that allow us to do quality audits and physical inspections in these areas. We have access to salvage yards where there are facilities for inspecting and assessing vehicles that are towed.

REPAIR SOLUTIONS ACADEMY

Repair Solution academy was formed to assist MBRs with technical training on flat panel repairs and plastic repairs. RS was the first importer in South Africa of flat panel repair systems such as flat-liner and CRT.
